audio composition

Here is the composition I have mage for my film installation. It is constructed from the processes that I go through when I meditate;

1. Prior meditation (feeling anxious and stressed - too many thoughts in your head)
2. preparation for meditation (creating the right atmosphere, posture, breathing, music etc...)
3. Meditation (becoming distracted by your thoughts going in and out allowing the mind to focus on meditation)
4. After meditation (That feeling of calm and alertness)
